Call centre


So sky still aren't able to determine what's happening with my connection. They just closed the case until I called back.

So I call them up bright an early 7AM on a Tuesday... 20minute wait "we are very busy" says the machine...and Of course you need to check my identity someone after my wait. someone might want to sit on hold for 20 mins to get their broadband sorted out under my identity.
Honestly besides me, who phones sky at 7am?

Well I'll find out on Thursday if my Internet gets sorted! It won't but hey maybe them they'll send a new router as its the only thing that I haven't changed, but they'd rather send an engineer out... 3rd time lucky... Maybe!
